The stitching in the arm pit is very weak! When moving my arms around and taking bags off both arm pits have given way! Ended up had to stitch the jacket myself only worn a few times !

Lid is cracked...Bought a water bottle and the lid is cracked. Just now sent photos of cracked lid to MILITARY FIRST representative DARIUS, who rudely replied, "As far as I can see, your lid is fine." DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even after sending multiple photos of the defective product, managed to get HALF of the refund amount. Will NOT be using this warehouse company again. Thought service was substandard for a military company but you don't usually get what you pay for in great Britain.
